My toddler has been playing with the IF, and it has gotten the level where when he grows up, the doll will too. But the doll is suddenly unclickable after this happens, is that normal or is it a glitch? I want him to make the IF real and marry her since he's an insane sim, so this possible glitch is unacceptable.
I downloaded the IF adjustment mod thing, but I've had it since the toddler has been born and it hasn't done this before.
Also, do all adults get the middle age wishes? Another sim of mine is halfway through his adulthood and hasn't gotten one.

Not all adults get the mid-life crisis.
I'm sorry I can't help with the IF, I've been avoiding it in my game.

Unclickable as in you can't drag him back into your child's inventory or you can't interact with him?

I haven't had a midlife crisis yet either, but the only adults I've played with since I started Generations didn't become adults with the EP installed. I think the birthday triggers it.

Not every adult Sim gets a mid-life crisis. So considering not every adult has one, not every adult would get those wishes. I've had an adult Sim have a mid-life crisis before. They're annoying really. Something I'd avoid. Unfortunately, I don't know any way of avoiding a mid-life crisis as they tend to happen randomly. I can't answer the imaginary friend question, Sorry.

I have a question also, where is the wedding arch in the game. I went into the party section and I see the cake but no wedding arches, chairs, or any wedding material, except for the buffet table. And also, the game came with a house called betrothal blah blah, (sorry I forget, but it comes with the wedding party stuff already set up), I was trying to turn this house into a community lot, so my sims could just have there weddings there. What do I need to call it? Vistors allowed and hangout won't let me have a wedding party there. Any help would be appreciated.

The wedding arches are under miscellaneous decorations. And as for the community wedding party area, I'm really not sure how that would work, sorry. :/

To throw a wedding on a community lot it needs to be allowed visitors and then you have to use the phone and click 'Throw Party at..." or something of the like, it will then take you to map view and you can rent the venue where the wedding will be thrown, everyone shows up there. There were no wedding tables or chairs that came with Gen, those are all something that needed to be bought at the Sims3 Store. The wedding stuff that came with the EP are 3 arches, all in the misc decor area, the cake, the buffet table and a congratulation banner, which is in the same area the arches are in. Also, make sure you buy the wedding cake and place it in your sim's inventory before you go to the venue, or you will not be able to have one. Attempting to buy one by opening up build mode will zap all your sims back to your lot and end the wedding party.

I made a wedding community lot with a chapel and all, so I labeled it small park so they can have the beautiful vista moodlet.

Not clickable even though it's in the inventry, not able to interact with it :(
Thanks for the answer about the mid-life crisis, I'm kind of excited to see one despite others not really liking them :P

That's really strange...
Have you tried resetting the child to see if that makes the IF interactive again?

I'm going to try that now, I didn't think of that. I hope it works!
Has anybody else had IF glitches?
EDIT: No, it didn't work. I tried it twice, it's changed nothing.
It doesn't show the name of the doll either, it just says Thorne's (my toddler's name) Doll.
By the way, he field trip doesn't work for me either, he just missed school and my child's afterschool activity :(

My Sim is playing with IF almost all the time, but the doll is still the doll and nothing else... How I'd like to see this thing moving....
EDIT:
I would like some kind of fix, for baby carriage. 90% of walking, Sim is Carring the baby, because the street is not flat enough. Isn't it anoying?

Anie, you'll get pop-ups (in the right-hand corner) while your Sim builds relationship with the doll. At first it'll just be things like "wow, they're getting really close!" or whatever it says, but eventually you'll get one that tells you that the doll would like to come out and play (which sounds totally creepy ) and when you place the doll on the ground, it'll grow up. It can happen even after your Sim has already aged up, so don't worry if you don't get the message before your toddler becomes a child.
