Plz help

I've now played SIMS 3 for a week without any problems but here yesterday when I opened the game there was a bug that makes it impossible to play because there is a kind of color that covers the house / parts of the house and it is rather difficult to explain as has also uploaded a picture

what can I do to correct this error
