He's adorable :D
The one thing I have issues with when creating anime characters in CAS is the eyes. Something about them always looks creepy, even if I don't do giant eyes.
For constructive criticism, I would suggest trying to make more human (or Sim-like, I suppose). He looks a teensy bit cross-eyed XD
But other than that I love it!
