I think you'll probably get more ideas if you A) First actually make some things, rather than just have a bunch of ideas - ideas are good, but what really counts is having the patience and skill to actually make it happen and B) Posting in Creator Feedback with what you already have made and saying you're open to more ideas.

You'll need to look into script modding, learn C#, and ask Twallan for permission.

Again, the Creator Feedback forum is really the place for this kind of "tell me what you think, give me ideas, etc." type thing - and again, posting -pictures- of what you've made is a really good idea. Not only can people look at it and go, "Huh, this isn't just some noob who's throwing out ideas but can't actually make anything," but they can also help you improve what you've made by perhaps seeing errors that you may not have noticed yourself, and give some more ideas too. This forum, Modding Discussion, is more for questions about actual higher-level modding - once you've done some script modding and C# stuff and are ready to get into the edit of Nraas Story Progression (with Twallan's permission), this would be the place to ask.

I can't help but notice that this all sounds quite naive, sorry. Do you have any idea what amount of work what you're planning is going to be? "Just" making a good world, takes an adept world creator at least weeks up to months. Plus all the meshes you want to make. And you have no experience in script modding, thus have no knowledge of the TS3 codebase, but you're planning to mod the largest TS3 script mod there is? Such a project would take a bunch of experienced TS3 modders the better part of a year, but I strongly doubt that such modders would be inclined to team up with you until you have proven that you can keep your end of the bargain.

I will be moving this forum soon.I kinda doubt that. ;)

PS: Please cut down on the double-posting.

Locking as there seems to be no actual question related to modding, but rather a call to others to help you. Once you actually have something to show, please post in Creator Feedback Forum. There you will get plenty of suggestions and ideas to move forward. And if your project looks good and is of interest to people, you will find others to collaborate. Please remember that CFF is for posting a project in progress, meaning you actually have to do stuff and post pictures. It's all in the forum guidelines in CFF. =)
