How do i install sims 1 content?

Ok i downloaded a IFF file for the sims 1. Where do i put it? For some reason nowhere on the internet has a solution or im blind.

It will depend what the file is. If it's an object, I think it goes in the UserObjects folder but TBH, it's so long since I did anything with TS1, I can't remember. There are still groups of players out in the wilds of the Internet though - I'd try Googling for TS1 community sites.
