Accessing Limited Edition content

First things first, I purchased very recently a copy of The Sims Medieval for £15, and it has the limited edition key with it. However, in the options menu, I cannot see how to enable the content. Can anyone help?

It is actually the "..." menu on the main title menu. The flyer calls it the "options menu", but it isn't the one titled "options" in the game. Once you locate the "..." button in the lower left corner of the screen on the main title menu. Click it, one of the tabs in the "..." menu should be something like, redeem key or redeem code.
