Got registration pop-up meant for another user

This suddenly popped up in a pop-up box. Who is omarnashaat and why am I getting a message meant for them? I was reading Site Issues, thread about achievement PMs, clicked on Mootilda to see her achievements, and got this pop-up. Now I am very confuzzled.

I'm beginning to wonder exactly what Mootilda unlocked. (Happily thinking that she really did unlock both a warp core and an engineer named omarnaaschat)

Of course there is likely to be a more mundane explanation, like the person was joining while Delphy was working on the problem with the PM system, and you just got caught in the middle of a wrong-time-wrong place situation. Or something even more logical than that. But this is one of those situations where it's fun to let your imagination fly into the stratosphere for a while. :)

I've had this reported once before, but have never been able to replicate it. It's something to do with caching the pmbits (ie the popup) of a user, who also visits another users profile page. Which, looking in the code, I can't see should ever happen, but, like I said, this is the second time... so I dunno.

I'll probably disable the popup temporarily while I look into this issue.

Delphy - I had indeed just clicked on Mootilda's profile link when this happened.

edit: Clicked Lina's profile today, and got an ad popup (with no ad in it, since I donate monthly). The blank ad popups happen occasionally, but not so frequently that I bothered to report them. Doing so now, in case it's a related issue.
