Round walls??

Are they round walls? How can i make walls like these?

That looks like a rabbit hole are you sure it's a real building?

http://simswiki.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:Sims_3_Rabbit_Holes_and_Community_Lots explains Rabbit holes. They are made out of a mesh and can't be made in game and you can't see sims inside them.

Currently, there is no way in TS3 to create curved walls for actual structures. Only curved fountain and pool pieces. Sorry to disappoint you.

I'm not very familiar with Hidden Springs, though as Chris pointed out, it's most likely a rabbit hole object.
