What's Your Avatar About/Representing and Why Did You Pick It?

My avatar is just a picture of my Sim, Bronco. I picked it because he's my favorite Sim, and so far, he's the only Sim I've ever cared about when it comes to aging and dying. I try to keep him as young as possible, and make him breed with as many female Sims as he can find to pass on his genes. And while I already know he's not real, I still think he's smexy. :giggler:

She is Jim Gordon's daughter and she used to be Batgirl until the Joker shot her, paralyzing her from the waist down. Now she feeds Batman and the rest of the Batman family their information, hacks into protected databases and sites to gather more information, and is generally an untouchable, nigh godlike figure in her ability to get things done with information and computers.

I had a summer job at a high quality bakery. This is a close up of the first batch of "biskvier" I made all on my own.

The "biskvi" is one of the standard treats you will find in pretty much every Swedish café. On a chewy base of baked almond paste, you put chocolate buttercream. Then you coat the buttercream with dark chocolate. They are delicious, and the ones I learned to make at the bakery are the best I ever had.

My avatar isn't actually an avatar but a logo. It represents me as a creator and hopefully one day people will see it and immediately think, "Oh, I know that logo. That's Morphead's work." I used to change it all the time as I got bored of it easily, but I was watermarking my creation uploads with it so decided to make something I could live with for a long time. After some time in Fw liked this one enough to keep it. I've been thinking about changing it, but I've still yet to research what consequences, if any, would arise from that.

My avatar is a picture of Aaliyah, an R&B singer who died in a plane crash at 22 years old. She was one of the first singers I actually idolized and I was very upset when I heard the news of her death. I chose to use her picture as my avatar because I think she was absolutely gorgeous, I still listen to her music frequently, and I always liked the fact that she played on her vocal strengths and understood her limits. Too many singers are eager to push their voices to the breaking point just so they can attempt to reach notes that are not possible for them, but Aaliyah accepted the fact that she had a very soft but smooth singing voice.

Mine is a quote (probably one of my fav lines ever) from a show I love, Red vs Blue.
It actually makes a lot of sense if you know the context (but is still hilarious as hell, especially given the way that it's delivered (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TsvNlnAO7JI&feature=sh_e_se&list=SL); it starts at about 0:55 if you just want to skip to that part), and it actually makes sense applied to me, considering that I tend to have a lot of moments like that myself. Usually I pick dark/gothic/creepy/bloody/favorite badass character game avatar to wherever forum I'm on to match my username, my likeness to the dark/gothic/hardcore gaming world. Because this is Sims forum, to feel fit on it rather than to be looked quite 'disturbing', I picked one of my favorite Sim, Evrard Rochenoire.

He actually based on type of guy I personally found to be attractive in real life: nerdy, wearing thick-framed reading glasses, humorous and computer whiz at the same time. You can see his weird 'pouting' mouth pose on avatar.. I don't know why he looked like that when he was analyzing secret door in wine processor house basement in Champ Les Sims, France.. it is a rare sight. I picked weird expressions only to become avatar since I adore more advanced facial expressions feature in Sims 3 that inadvertently visible on each Sim doing particular activity, mood, trait, or even seeing dirty room spot in house. They are hilarious! :lol:

I made him in CAS without using any custom sliders. He's French, YA, as one of my characters to match in WA world feature, Champs Les Sims. I started played him as a broke grad student just came out from campus (continued him from Sims 2 story since Sims 3 has no University feature yet) wearing that stupid black and white strip polo shirt as you can see on my meme pictures posted on Sims 3 discussion forum elsewhere, renting the cheapest wooden house (cabin?) available you can find in Twinbrook near swamp, writing novel non-stop to keep his income up. He seemed has no life, lol. Until he frustrated, then seeking adventures to complete his journalist tasks, Champs Les Sims. He felt cultures there really fit to him, then has changed his life... forever. Now he's working as an undercover agent, moved to bigger house, dressing more elegant, still writing as fulfilling his passion, and has a girlfriend.

Mine is from a well known scene from a doujinshi, where Jessie and James, my OTP, (from Team Rocket, out of Pokemon) are kissing against a tree. Mime Junior is watching them, and then later in a battle he kisses the opposition's pokemon, because, apparently Mime Junior often mimics it's master. I used the picture of their legs because it's fairly subtle, so other Rocketshippers will get it, but it's not obviously 'Pokemony'.

I though it was a cute story, and I'm a massive Rocketshipper, so it's my avatar on 90% of the websites I use.

Mine is a mafioso sim I made in 2009 when TS3 came out because I was watching Sopranos at the time and thought it would be fun to make a creepy mob boss sim. I was a big fan of the character "Paulie Walnuts" Gualtieri so I wanted to make him look like Tony Sirico, but there was no similar hair so I just made a sim and gave him a Tony Sirico-esque frowny face.
Never got around to changing it because I don't know what I would change it to. I've made a lot of female sims I think are really cute and thought I could use them instead, but then decided against it because I don't need lonely guys thinking it's a self-sim and PM me asking to video chat or hook up. So I just left it my mafia dude and I do still love his frowny face.
