How do i make vampires in the starter sims3 town? i did not want to add the bars. do i have to to get vampires?

also, if you are a vampire, do you get into trouble if your caught? (talking about your stars thingy) is it just for being a vampire or is it because you bite some one?

Residents of your town will eventually spawn into vampires. You will know this because when you look at their thumbnail they will have a glowing red frame. Befriend them and Ask to Turn.

Vampires will pop up after you open a new game, no matter what the world is. The game will pick random sims who live in the world and turn them into vampires.

I know a regular celebrity sim can get in trouble if they're caught WooHooing with a vampire (they call it "WooHooing with an occult") but from my experience, celebrity vampires don't get in trouble just for being vampires. But that's just me, I don't know if anyone else has had that happen.
