Anyone notice No road-snapping/weird lot placement whem building new Lots after EP4?

Anyone notice No road-snapping/weird lot placement when building new Lots after EP4? It seems all lots rotate in a weird fashion now and don't snap to the roads anymore making it almost impossible to align/snap a lot parallel to the road.. Anyone find this annoying except me? or am I the only one with this problem?

Or when it seems to have snapped to the road, but after you place the lot you can see a gap of terrain between the lot and the road. Bleh.
