Throne Room- Pre Select?

I know there is a way to choose a preset throne room. I have used it once though, and I don't get the option anymore. What went wrong?

Try re-entering the limited edition code, if you got it. Allows you to pick all of them

I never used or had the limited edition. Was there a mod that did this?

The 'unlock items' mod does this. You remove the mod after unlocking the items to have the game work properly going forward.
