Ok, so I built a stilt house in the swampy area of TB and want to raise its bottom up some more from the ground, say another 8 steps. I tried CFE, raising from the ground up (well, foundation up), and OMG the distortion. I have this house done, awesome, almost perfect. Is there a way to do this w/o the distortion?

Don't think so.

You can do it in such a way as to repair the distortion after you've CFE'd it to your preferred level. Its kinda messy though, but if its a big enough house, its worth it and takes a lot less time than it would to rebuild.
Basically, change the actual floor to whatever level you wanted, then level that out over that entire floor
Next, get the sledgehammer tool and completely delete everything. Then press Ctrl + Z and it will all be lined with your new leveled floor. In some circumstances, some objects won't do it. In these cases, just select each object and delete them and Ctrl + Z them individually.

Now there's something I didn't think of, thanks much, I'm going to try that out.

Oh, thank you! It worked like a charm, had some problematic chairs, but that only took a second. /internet hugs
