View Full Version : Where does EA story progression take the sims that immigrate into world

The EA story progression moves Sims automatically into the world. Are these sims taken from the sims bin in CAS and does the SP also uses the custom made sims for this process? Because I don't want to have only EA sims immigrating. So can I somehow influence it through creating many custom made sims and saving them to the sims bin in CAS?

Sims that EMIGRATE disappear into the ether and are lost forever. Sims that IMMIGRATE into the world are all Vanilla Puddings and don't come "from" anywhere. If you don't want this going on, you need to replace your story progression module with either AwesomeMod's or Twallan's. If you don't want the game to generate Vanilla Pudding anytime a new sim is spawned for whatever purpose, you need AwesomeMod.

*loool* - yeah, I mean immigrating, shame on me. I even can't say I made this fault because my native language is German and not English because in German the word is also immigration..
Okay, thanks for the clarification. I thought that EA maybe was so nice to use sims for immigration that I saved in the sim bin.
