Please Help! Sims 3 Pets Glitch!

:help: When I go into advanced mode to adjust markings or layers on animals, NOTHING WORKS! :cry: The buttons don't respond and nothing happens to the animal I'm modifying, and as soon as I'm done TRYING to get everything to work, I click the back button and the tab to select what I want to modify dissapears, and I have to click on a different household member and then back to the animal to get it back! PLEASE, DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS??? Would really appreciate it! :help:

If you're having any problem, issue, error, or glitch with your game, that's a job for MTS's Help section. There's both articles with common issues as well as Q&A support forums where you can ask questions and get specific help.

Try that first - every step, in order, and don't skip anything! Even if it doesn't say your specific problem, try it anyway, as it's a good starting point to rule out the most common causes of game issues.
