Hi All, I'm a sims 3 builder and I use no cc, I have been building for some time now, the tutorials here helped me a lot, I though I would start sharing since I learned a few tricks, first here is my latest creation, a traditional styled dive bar, hope you can give me a few feedback the help me improve :)

I really like this bar Kiko. I see nothing bad about this place. The only thing I would change is the color of the sign out front to match the rest of the place.

I'm a little disturbed with the neon signs. To me they shoot a little over with otherwise so lovely bar. I also like how you have used the textures, very nice!

I can't recolor the sign, maybe I'll change it with something similar, I only used neon because I needed something to fill those 2 squares, I will see what I can change and post again :)
