The hair's hue is now golden, whereas the actress has actually very light, ashy brown hair. The eyes are too open, too round... try moving the eye shape slider more towards left, then lower the eye lid height. Then to have to cheekbones more prominent, move the cheek fullness slider more to the left.
I see that you have the default EA skin on the sim? The nose is really hard to work with on that skin, but I think you should be able to achieve that shape by using the nose definition slider, and by making it really defined. :)

:here: The first thing that I noticed, was that the eyebrow colour is a bit off, maybe try to make it blend into her skin tone a bit more. I agree that her eye shape is a bit off, they're too round. I also don't like the eyeliner that you are using, it looks too thick, maybe try to install some eyeliner with some lower lashes on it. She is looking too pink, try to make her more pale, use some of LadyFrontbums skins found here (http://www.ladyfrontbum.com/?p=2284) . Her eyebrows need to be lower, if it doesn't look right then maybe rotate the brow as well. Maybe rotate the inside corner of the eye down a bit. Increase the width of her upper lip, because the upper tip width of it look a bit too close together. If widening the width of her lip doesn't solve it then use these sliders. (http://awtmk.blogspot.com/2011/07/geom-slider-philtrum-lower-width.html) , they might help although I'm not sure. Lower her chin a bit, and maybe make them a bit more rounder. Decrease the width of her face just a bit. I'd also recommend using a CC lipstick, she is looking nice now but at the moment there isn't a very good resembalance (no offence intended). But she is looking good, keep going I don't think that she is going to be that far off being finished really. You just need to make her a bit more realistic. I hope that my advice helped you, and I'm looking forward to your next updates :!:
