I created an update for a mod which has super speedy skill books (http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=344221) in game which is already hosted on the MTS website, but I refuse to upload it to the website based on this important PM which I received concerning my instant painting mod upload. My instant painting mod upload cut the time it took to make a large painting from tons of sim hours to just a hour or so.
This is the response that I received about my upload and the reason that I refuse to put the update that I made for a mod which already exists on the MTS website:

Dear palmbay44,
Thank you for your submission of "Instant Painting - Okay 4 Pets" in the Overrides area at MTS.
Unfortunately, the thread has not been approved at this time due to the following reasons:
General - Game Mod: Too cheaty:
We do not accept for upload "cheat" type mods. This includes any mods that decrease times to do something (like gain relationships or skills or upgrade items) to something ridiculously small, make difficult to obtain items buyable for free or a very low price, or increase the ease of gaining money by a large amount.
These types of mods could easily be done by anyone quite easily in about 5 minutes using the Mod Generator program or the XML Tuning tutorial if they wished something so much like a cheat in their game. Instead, we only wish to host mods that represent an interesting change to the game mechanics and aren't just cheats in disguise.
Please read through all of the rejection reasons above! If you decide to resubmit your item, correcting only one or two of them (when more exist) will result in another rejection.
While we appreciate the time and effort that goes into making custom content, we advise you to read MTS' Creator Guidelines forum, where you can get information on quality of items and submission details. You can also get help and advice in the individual forums of the Create section, and can post photos of your project in the Creator Feedback forum for specific advice on how to improve.
If you are unclear as to why a specific upload was rejected, you may post in the Creator Issues forum. This is set so that only you and staff can see threads, to keep any issues private. Before posting in this forum, please make sure to review all of the reasons listed above. Once you've worked on this upload, and improved all the points mentioned in this PM, feel free to upload it again.
Finally, thank you for uploading to MTS. We assess each upload individually on its own merits, and while your submission may have been rejected on this occasion, please make use of the various tutorials, suggestions and feedback forums here on the site to find out how you can improve. We look forward to seeing your next uploads here!
Kind regards,
MTS Staff
This is a system generated PM, therefore replies will not be read.
So, because they do not allow "cheat" type mods like 90% of the overrides and tuning mods already hosted on their website, I will not be submitting my work on their website. If any other website owner wishes to have my work on their website, feel free to PM me here and i will register as a creator on your website and upload my mods there instead.
Thank you.
I posted my response here because I do not have access to any forum called "Creator Issues".
