CTU and expansion packs

Is it possible add the expansion packs in the CTU?

Yes and no. CTU can edit EP stuff but it can't clone it.

To set CTU up to edit EP stuff, follow these instructions, but just step 3.1 ("Setting up CTU") - ignore all the S3PE stuff: Tutorial:Cloning EP content with CTU
To clone EP stuff which you want to then edit in CTU, you'll need to use S3OC (http://dino.drealm.info/den/denforum/index.php?PHPSESSID=ijhmht76am2j5evgrdv3384g33&topic=190.0) (you can also use S3PE, but S3OC is easier).
