Is it possible to do what the title says? Also, Is it a possibility to create clothing using meshes? I't might, if it isn't already, be the key to custom meshes and sims.
Just curious. Because I am willing to work & toil through making my own meshes and so forth.

Not sure wat you mean by using the adult skeleton rig on a diffrent mesh?
All adult related clothing meshes use that skeleton so custom meshes will use it aswell.
It is possible to create custom clothing, start with following the tutorials.
You can use TSRW or CTU to start with.

I guess i just wanted to make a completely new sim by taking an adult skeleton and placing it in a new model (Like Duke Nukem or so.)

You can certainly make a custom mesh with the usual adult skeleton. It's best to start with a game mesh and modify it.

For copyright reasons, you are safest starting with a Maxis mesh and modifying it towards another games character designs, than doing it the other way around.
