Am I doing the Mask and Multiplier Wrong ?
I edit my DDS in Paint.net

Do you have parts overlapping on the UV map? Are you using a normal map?

Check your specular map. I can see its a different size so it is most probably that. Causing odd shadows under light.

Omegastar everything is Mapped correct. Member here Dee Mapped everything.
Morphead Should I make the specular empty or resize it ?

Resizing won't help. Making it empty would get rid of what the oddities you're seeing.

uh, you do need to resize it and update like you did with the others.
All textures need to be the same size, or atleast have the same proportions(?)
you can use a 512x512 spec on a 1024x1024 multiplier but not a 256x512 one.(well you could if you scale a 1024x1024 to 256x512 but i wouldn't go that far lol)
Just make all textures the same size and update the specular texture itself.
You can temparary link it to the multiplier to check.(edit/browse/choose multiplier)

I resized the specular and overlay to 1024X1024 and its still there.

I resized the specular and overlay to 1024X1024 and its still there.Did you make it an empty specular? If not this could still be the issue. As stated above, resizing isn't going to fix anything if the specular isn't either empty or made to match the object's mapping.

The slecular should look like the multiplier except more intense black and white.. But it is possible to just leave it blank and work well enough.
