Neighbours not on lot and want to leave

So I'm not sure if this falls under a specific expansion pack but on one of my houses my sim gets a phone call from a diva and all of a sudden the diva says "you've invited me to stay the night but I didn't get any sleep. I'm leaving." and it's been going on for days now and she is not on my lot at all so I can't delete her at all. I tried going back to the neighbourhood and back to the lot but that didn't change anything. It's really gotten quite annoying.

You need to get your patches from EA (there's a link in the Game Problem faq under Patching), not a third party site. And if that doesn't fix the issue, then you need to do the other steps in the Game Problem faq.
