No NPCs please

I want to eliminate all the Sims in my town (even NPCs) and create my own. Is this possible?

Well, you can delete NPCs, but sadly you can`t make your own. :cry:

You can use Twallan Master Controller to delete all of them, set your custom sims to NPC.
My favourite option is to set all NPC (role and service sims) to SimBot.

Can't you make your own and assign them an NPC job with Twallan's something or other?
Sorry, I'm just grasping at straws, but I think I saw this somewhere.. My version of "My cousin's mother's husband said that their friend's boyfriend's brother's sister said.."

Great! But...can I set them as maid or bouncer or cop.....?
Also (sorry about the extra questions), if I build an apartment, can I add my active sims to more than one apt.? I know all about the resident, hidden room and public markrers. But, say in a four apt complex, can I add the markers to two of the rooms and leave the other two for my sims?

With Register? Yup. Best place to get more detailed instructions is at Twallan's site.

No. Only one playable family per lot, in TS3.
