Download thread with no file

This thread - http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=17171 - doesn't have a download of any kind on it. The "Download" tab has no hyperlink, and the attached file on the "Overview" and inside the "Comments" section both lead to a 404 Not Found error.

e107 was the forum software that MTS used when it first opened (as far as I know). Its a nice forum set up, but a site this size needed something a bit more robust, so Delphy got VBulletin.
