Changing the type of a rabit hole

I was about to add a Hospital to my newly created world and I came to the conclusion that all hospitals SUCK! lol
So I was wondering if it's possible to change the type of a rabit hole?
for example use a school or city hall shell with hospital functions...

Perhaps you could bury it in a large building you build yourself? I've done that with rabbitholes that don't suit my town.

You could use a custom rabbithole, or perhaps rabbithole rugs/ doors. Or, you can recolour the existing hospital rabbitholes.
