Uploader not working

I am fixing one of my uploads in the uploader (removing/replacing attachments, etc...), and the pictures upload fine, but the .rar file with the lot does not upload. The uploader goes: 10% complete, 50% complete, 100% complete, Upload Complete, with no message of it being too large, and the file does not show up even after about 10 minutes.

I have had the same problem since last night. The file uploads 100% and shows the file uploaded but ir doesn't get added to the attached files list, It is just the rar/zip files, any screenshots attach just fine. I tried several different rar files with the same results each time.

I also have this problem while I'm trying to upload a house, which is 7.7 mb and the limit is 10. When it says the upload is done I hit next and it told me I
didn't attach a .zip file. I tried 5 times and it didn't work.

Well I tried it with the previous.rar file (i had to replace it because I recolored the walls) and it worked, but it did not with the actual file that I needed to use. I made a copy with a different name and tried, but that didnt work either.

I have had the same problem. Instead of 10MB, the limit is now apparently 2 MB.

Edited to add: in IE Explorer I did not get a message, just failed uploading. When I switched to Google Chrome, I got the message on the screenie.

Should be fixed now. Sorry about that - PHP somehow loaded the wrong config when I restarted it last night. :) I've deleted the offending bad-config so now it's back to normal.
