So, I tried looking up on google for ways to have a honeymoon without bon voyage, of course, i found nothing, so im guessing only very few know this cheat. (if you could even call it a cheat..) Ive tested it with 4 different family, its 100% safe for the game and it wont ruin your sims housing or anything..
Build the Honeymoon location on a COMMUNITY lot. (if you dont, your sims wont be able to visit the lot.) ALSO, you cannot enable the build tool while your on the lot with your sims because it is a community lot so you must build it before bringing your sims there.
Make your honeymoon couple go to the location.
Press CTRL + Shift + C and enter changeLotZoning residential .
NOTE: to enable Buy mode, press CTRL + Shift + C > boolprop
dormspecifictoolsdisabled false
BEFORE you leave, press CTRL + Shift + C and enter changeLotZoning community *****IF YOU DO NOT DO THIS, THE "DRIVE HOME" OPTION WILL NOT APPEAR ON YOUR CAR AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO LEAVE.*****
This also works if you want to make a cottage or beach house or a family vacation house.
