I have the college Adjuster (http://www.simbology.com/smf/index.php?topic=7.0 ) installed to fix school grades if the kids fail. This hack have a funktion there it's possible to give or remove a cellphon but I guess Uni must be installed in order to make it work.

You need the university EP. The college adjuster also requires the university EP.
