Spring Cleaning

I've been trying for some time figuring out how to clean, edit or remove in my user tools area my downloaded items. However I've had no luck or any idea in how to do so. I've looked on the recent asked questions, and to be honest have gotten many
head ackes. Could someone please help me. Thank You :help:

It's not possible for members to remove items from the "My Downloaded Items" list.

Is it possible for staff to delete items from the list that have been been removed due to policy violations (or other reasons)? I have one un-thanked item that I cannot thank because the staff removed it from MTS. Hence I'm forever stuck at 99%. :(

Which item in particular is that? Removed threads should not show up on the list, so thats probably a bug.

I had downloaded it and intended to go back to Thank it, but the issue resulting in its removal happened before I had the chance. I really appreciate you looking into it; it's frustrating to have "Downloader's Guilt" for not Thanking something that I can't Thank. :)

Hmm, I tried to fix that just now - can you check and see if it has disappeared from your my downloads? It may take a little time, but not more than one day

The item is gone and I now have 100% Thanks. Thank you so much. :)
