Sims 3 Body Shop?

Hi,

I have been wanting to create my own clothing styles in Sims 3 so I looked at the Sims 3 website for a body shop. Since I could not find one I figured I would ask around here. Does the Sims 3 have an official Body Shop? If not do you have any suggestions for what I can use.

I think that clothes should be bought instead of you opening your drawer and getting awesome clothes for free -__-

There are two main tools used for creating clothing in TS3: TSRW, mentioned above, by The Sims Resource, and Delphy's CTU.
