How do I get rid of those horrid ghost taxis?

I have a user created medieval world that I love...and I found a mod to get rid of the creepy stalker ice cream truck once and for all... but those ugly ghost taxis that no one rides in keep running through the streets...it's most disturbing. I've looked everywhere for a mod that gets rid of them with no luck, and am not anywhere near smart enough to make one...
Does anyone know of one so I can turn them off?
They're seriously messing up the look of that world.

Either the world is flagged as a city, or else you are using Twallan's Traffic or a similar mod.

If the world is a city, unflag it:

If you are using Traffic, change the delta to -10 or more until the taxis cease.

I wouldn't do that if I were you. I've learned not to enrage taxi drivers after watching the movie Taxi Driver (starring a young Al Pacino).
