WCIF: Off Shoulder Slouchy Sweater/Sweatshirt that goes over tankdress

I had this downloaded, I think maybe it was TSR but I have yet to find it. It was a simple tank dress (seperate) that could be worn under this off the shoulder sweater or sweatshirt. I am looking for both pieces.

I am thinking that maybe the dress was listed as a pantyhose or something that would be worn under garments but be seen. The sweater/sweatshirt was slouchy and hanging off the right shoulder.
