Lunar Lakes Community Lots

So I was playing Lunar Lakes for the first time and I realized community lots are 10 x 10 lots with portals. I think the idea is awesome, however I wanted to do the same with the other community lots Lunar Lakes doesn't have by default, basically the community lots you get from the expansion packs (Plumbob Pictures Backlot, etc). I don't want to ruin the scenery by putting the normal lots into a space themed world. Besides, the portal-like lots occupy almost no area at all. Is there any way I can do it?

I especially love the subway one, those portals were made for teleportation!

Ah thank you so so much! It would be great to have more lots but these work just fine. And turning the portals into subway stations is such a great idea. I'm glad someone took some time to do it.
