How do I get Plastic Surgery Achievement on Sims 2?

I notice that I got tailor achievement but not plastic surgery achievement for Sims 2 body mesh. Then I notice other Sims 2 creators have no plastic surgery achievement as well. I really wanted that one. :(

Ah, well you didn't get the achievement because you put your upload in the clothing section, rather than the body types section. :) I'm happy to move the thread - you'll have to redo all the search parameters, since they're different for the body types section.

Before I edit the search parameters and you move, I want to know will I still have my tailor achievement? Also, by edit the search parameters do you mean the tags, or the tickboxes like plus size, adult, young adult, female, e.c.t. or both. Thank you.

It should be irrelevant. We want downloads to appear in the correct categories, regardless of achievements.
