Wanted Mod!

Hi, I have no idea if this is the right forum bit lol but as i am about to say does anyone know if they might be able to make a core mod or a mod? im not sure what kind of mod it would be but to make the baby in sims 3 sound like the baby in sims 1 when crying?

That would be more of a default replacement, where you replace the sound file with another.
Check out the tutorials under Create> Sims 3.
