Problem with loading my saved household!

Whenever I try to load my household, the game tells me that there is a serious problem to start this househould, and try to restart the Sims 3. And then I try to restart the sims 3, and deleting my cache files but the I still can't play.. I dont know what to do anymore, so what now? :(

Make sure you've closed the TS3 folder after deleting your cache files. You might also want to restart your computer (just this time), to make doubly sure the error doesn't reoccur.
