custom skins showing up in CAS

I have downloaded quite a few custom skins and would like to access them from CAS, but it only shows me four boxes worth of skins....I know there used to be a mod for this but I can't find it - can anyone give me some info on how to view all of my custom skins in CAS?

I've downloaded plenty of custom skins and they've shown up in my game. Maybe you're just placing them in the wrong folder. What kind of file are the skins and where are you putting them? c:

the skins show up, but I can't access them through CAS - it only gives me four or five skintone options. If I download a sim with a particular skintone, they have the skintone, but I can't get to that skintone to use it on other sims - does that make sense? very frustrating! :)

Use the mouse wheel to scroll up and down on the skin options.
