5.1 Surround sound doesn't work after installing windows 7 again

Hey guys, I'm not the brightest light when it's about computers and their problems.
So, Windows 7 had to be installed again, and after that I noticed that Realtek HD Audio Manager was not on my computer and I don't have surround sound anymore, but only stereo sound.

Everything is plugged in right and I've tried downloading the Realtek HD Audio Manager but all I find are drivers/patches for it. :help:

RealTek is driver software - you'll get the manager if you download the complete/full/whatever else version of the driver.
