They most likely have been installed with a sim you have d/l'ed, that's how i got them, you have to find the sim and remove that.
A real pain.. if having many installed i know but there are a few tools that can be used.

When my baby was born, she had a glitches. A try to search to solve the problem, but I didn't find anything. I found only 1 solution. Search the boots for the installed files, but I can't found the corrupt file. But when I playe the game I saw this boots in the everyday clothes...
So can you give me some information for the tools?

To get the package-files out of the sims3pack-files i used sims3pack multiinstaller, which can extract the files within a sims3pack, then i used a program called Merlin from TheSimsResources to see what was in them, though Merlin can also open sims3pack-files so extracting might not be needed i just used that as an extra security, but as you might understand you need to have the sims3pack-files left, from there it's checking all files for the boots.
And when finding the offending sim remove it from the game using the launcher.
As a sidenote though:
I found that when using CAS some sims had no feet, proberly related to stuff i removed, not a big issue imo, i just choosed something else but it was quite funny to see

You can't search for them you have to open every single file to see what's in it.
If you don't have many d/l'ed sims, removing them all will proberly fix the problem, though sims might look weird if they have used any stuff from the sims you had installed since game will use something else for them instead of the missing item.
Not sure though what will happen if you actually play with one of them, it's the main reason i don't use that option, and i have over 80 d/l'ed ones...

One thing I do when I download a sim is open the sim bin in CAS. Bring up the downloaded sim and make them over by only using what is already in my game. Save the new sim and delete the old sim from the sim bin. That way any loose stuff that comes with the downloaded sim will delete with them. I never keep the original sim that I downloaded in my game.

You have to find the sim it was installed with and uninstall that through the launcher to get ride of them.
Or a simpler solution if you don't have much custom content installed, rename the The Sims 3 folder in your documents folder not the one where game is installed to something else and start launcher or game and it will make a new one, then copy the mods (if you have any) and saves folder to the new one and see if they're gone.
DO NOT copy the DCCache & DCBAckup as they most likely contain the corrupt info.
If they are gone you can copy the library folder (it contains what you have saved to the game bin) and see if they come back, if they do you know they are some where there.
