Hi everyone! This is my first challenge, so bear with me for a little while until I get the kinks worked out. This is going to be a very time consuming and long challenge. I'm interested to see if anyone can/will stick it out with me. :)
I tried to make sure there wasn't a challenge like this already out there, but I might have missed it.
Basically the point is to have a certain 'look' passed down through the generations. The twist is that every child from the particular generation has to have a name that starts with the letter associated.
Rules/Regulations/Stuff You Need to Know
- Start the challenge with a YA or a couple.
---- Can use any names you want
---- Only one of them can have the 'special' features (example: Hot pink hair and Lime eyes)
---- Must have at least 2 'special' features to be passed on
---- This will count as the first generation
- 27 Generations in all
---- All children from each generation must have names that start with the corresponding letter. (2nd Gen = A, 9th Gen = H, 24th Gen = W, ect)
- You can only use the money cheat when building the home.
---- Once the home is built, bring the cash down to 5k. (5,000 Simoleans)
---------- Can buy the toddler skill gain books before bringing cash down/to bring cash down.
- Life Stages are going to be a bit odd. I figure that every 4 days in-game is 1 year, going by the pregnancies. So you're going to have to go in and set them to the below 'times'
---- Baby = 8 days (Newborn-1)
---- Toddler = 12 days (2-4)
---- Child = 32 days (5-12)
---- Teen = 28 days (13-19)
---- YA = 64 days (20-35)
---- Adult = 96 days (36-59)
---- Elder = 84 days (60-80)
Now I realize this gives you a lot of time for things. So for each lifestage you're going to have to complete a list of things for each child before moving on.
LifeStage Milestones To Complete
- Toddlers Must
------ Be read every Toddler Skill gain book
------ Learn how to Walk and Talk
------ Be Potty Trained
------ Play on the Pegbox and Xylophone (until all skillpoints avaliable are gained)
------ Have a good relationship with the mother and father
- Children Must
------ Use the Toy Oven (until all skillpoints avaliable are gained)
------ Use the Play Table (until all skillpoints avaliable are gained)
------ Get A's
------ Get on Honor Roll
------ Have at least 2 friends
------------ Plus 1 'Best Friend'
------ Increase Logic Skill to 6 or more
------ Increase Painting, Writing, Fishing and Inventing to at least 3
- Teens Must
------ Be on Honor Roll
------ Gain at least 3 skillpoints in everything avaliable (don't worry about Martial Arts, Nectar Making, ect that came with the packages. )
------ Have 6 friends
------------- Plus 1 'Best Friend' (extra points if it's a different one than in childhood
------ Be in a Relationship
------ Have a Part-Time job
------ Have a good relationship with all family members in the house
- Young Adults Must (before striking out on their own)
------ Get engaged
------ Have a full-time job/career
Other Tidbits
- You can have the Logic skill maxed out and have one person in each generation able to make the Young Again potion, which you can use as often as needed. (Hopefully won't be)
- No aging up early
- Cannot have the same combination of traits for any child in the home.
- I would perfer if you have just one SO for each generation, that way you don't have to worry about being too overrun with offspring. :)
Alright... I think that's it. :) Have fun everyone! I look forward to seeing your Legacies spread!
