Look I never get a straight answers or a good answer on "how you receive your custom content career" for my sims 2 so I just need freaking help ok?
I looked at the FAQ and it's not there so HOW THE HELL DO I GET MY SIMS TO HAVE THE CUSTOM JOB?! I did the installing like I'm suppose to but no one ever tells me how to hell to get my sims the custom career :help:

I don't have any experience with custom careers, but I imagine you'd get them via the newspaper or a computer, as with the default careers.

Have you tried asking in the Comments section of the page from which you downloaded the custom careers?

Custom jobs show up in the exact same manner as regular jobs: in the newspaper and on the computer. They might not show up immediately, but then that's the same for ALL jobs, not just custom ones.

Alternatively, you can download Mog's Job-Seeking Noticeboard (http://www.modthesims.info/d/304689), hang it in a sim house/on a community lot and select the job you want from that.

Anyway, they pop up like any other job. So it's random whether it pops up or not.

Do custom careers show up? Oh wait, they must do because they show up on the newspaper if you shift-click on it in Debug Mode (and InSim and the blender are, basically, Debug Mode).

Having made several custom careers myself, I will take note of the OP's frustration and include a comment about finding the jobs in the newspaper/computer in my instructions. I'm guessing most of us thought it was obvious. I know I did.

They do. :) I have a lot of custom careers and I often use the blender to get them.

try boolprop testingcheatsenabled true then shift/click on the newspaper. Should give you a list of adult or elder/teen jobs depending on which Sim you have selected.

thanks but the billboard helped me and well yea but thing is it took 2 days for the custom mics and the billboard to show up in my game idk what happened so did my custom car
