[Sims Expansion Pack(s) Related] EP's not showing up in launcher...

Hello... I have all of the Sims 2 expansions (not stuff packs) and 3 stuff packs (teen, ikea, and kitchen/bath stuff). However when I go to play the game the launcher opens but the launcher says I have no stuff backs :0... so will the stuff still show up in game or what?...

What have I done to try and remedy the issue?


Update the game manually via EA's site...
Uninstall all stuff packs... and then reinstall them...


NOTE: at the end of an expansion install it trys to update but fails... it then attempts to rolll back (uninstall the pack)... so what I do is end the process via task manager when the pop up say *update failed* (to keep the stuff) I guess that is the issue.

The launcher has a known bug that it will uninstall various EPs and SPs at random. You will probably have to reinstall everything that's missing. To stop this from happening, you can bypass the launcher:
