"Sims 3 has stopped working" Error?

Ever since I've downloaded AwesomeMod, my game has given me the error "sims 3 has stopped working" and I have to force close it.

I don't want to uninstall AwesomeMod because it's worked wonders for my game, but if I have to, I will. So is there a way I can pinpoint this problem specifically (because it may not even be AwesomeMod) to find what's causing it and somehow fix it?

I mean it gives me the "Sims 3 has stopped working" error only every couple hours so it's not like it gives me it every five minutes. But it's because of the long period of time as to why I can't test each of my mods one by one, because it might not be AwesomeMod.

I save after every slightly big accomplishment (I've learned my lesson since Sims 2) and when I minimize the window to go online for something (another lesson to learn), so that's maybe a save every couple Sim days, so it's not a particularly huge deal for me but it is awfully annoying and I'd like it to stop.

I've read through the requirements for Sims 3 and my specs seem up to date so I doubt it's my computer.

I've also checked the FAQ but it doesn't seem like any of the things stated apply to this problem specifically. Unless I missed it. I miss things easily (even after reading it over several times).

I've also skimmed through Google and I've tried searching the forums for this problem but if it's there I can't find it.

Have you gone through the Crashing Checklist (http://simswiki.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:Sims_3_Crashing_Checklist)?

Can you post a detailed description of all the things you have attempted? Have you tried playing with NO CC whatsoever?

Also post your specs and everything else asked for at the end of the checklist.

I apologize for the late reply.

I did check the crash list but it seems like most of the things deal with immediate crashes and loading problems, and my crash to the game happens hours within playing.

I have quite a bit of CC installed and I'm afraid that if I remove it it might screw up my game since I use them in my games.

Will it screw up my game, or will it just remove the CC?

For specs, I know I have AMD Radeon HD 6900 Series for the ATI Dedicated Graphics Card, but it doesn't list in http://modthesims.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:TS3_System_Requirements though it is between Radeon HD 68xx and Radeon HD 6950 / 6970, both of which work perfectly with the base game and its expansion packs.

And I got some system information (though I'm computer illiterate so I have no idea if this will actually help, and I crossed out the computer name considering it's probably not important):
