adding books to uploading lots

Maybe an obvious question(or rather, obvious answer), but if I make a lot that i want to upload, but want some specific books in a bookcase(say all 3 cooking skill books and recipes for a chef's house, or all fishing books for a fishermans home)
are there ways to do that in build/buy mode? or do I ahve to play the lot, buy the books with a sim then put them in the bookcase before saving the lot. Will that keep the books in there when someone else downloads it, or will he get the home with sim?

There is a mod you can get Here (http://nraas.wikispaces.com/DebugEnabler) that allows you to add books to bookshelves. I don't know how to do it without mods :/ sorry.

The only way to do it without mods would be to export a sim that have the books in his inventory.
