Mod to ask for phone number?

Or something that disables my sims from magically having every acquaintances number right off the bat. So I'm looking for a mod that makes sims either have a certain relationship level before being able to call other sims (ex. must be friends before you can call sim) or something that makes them have to ask for another sim's number before they can call them.
