Trying to remember/find a website for mods

I can't remember a website I used to use all the time. This guy made all his own mods and they were awesome. I'm trying to find the one to use for setting the skill levels.

Sounds a little like you're referring to Twallen/Nraas Industries. I know that his Master Controller mod can set skill levels (among other things). Most of his mods are really useful.

I have that problem too. It was some website that had to do a lot with gnomes..... gnomes... grah! I wish I could remember! It was made by the person who did the "no changing for careers/martial arts mod"
