Question About car animation

For some reason when my sims drive off the driveway the game freezes for about two seconds and the car just jumps the street and disappears( meaning they drive off, too quickly to see). Has this happened to anyone, If so how'd you fix it? Is is caused by hacks or mods within the game. I Figured I'd it may be one of those "you need to move to correct the issue" but havent tried yet.

Have you placed the driveway with the moveobjects on cheat? If so that could be the cause, the same thing happens for me if it place the driveway with that cheat in a way the game normally wouldn´t allow.

If you have Freetime without Bon Voyage it does that.Adding Apartment Life seems too have fixed it.If you don't have any of those EP's it could just be a glitch.

I agree with dieKristina, if you place it too close to the edge of a lot, or if it doesn't connect to the edge of the road in some way, then there's your problem.
