A serious error has occured while trying to load setra.world, can anyone help me with this problem please?

Hi everyone, so yesterday i downloaded and installed the Setra custom world.
But when i went to start a new game using the world i get this error "A serious error has occured while trying to load setra.world it is strongly recommended that you restart the application" .
I have tried re installing the world etc but it still doesnt work, can anyone please help me with this problem?

Thanks for that, but i have tried everything in that Wiki.
See my problem is not with a saved game etc, im trying to start a new game in a new custom world. All my other worlds work perfect but this world just wont work, its the Setra world, i downloaded it from here and everytime i go to launch it, i get that error :( .

If you think the issue is with that particular world, the place to ask is in the comments thread for the download.

If you think it's an issue with your sims game, you'd post in the Help Q+A forum, which you'll find linked at the bottom of every Help FAQ. (Tip: if your thread has "Help" in the title, what you want is probably in the "Help" menu :) )

I was just playing Setra with the latest patch and without issues, btw, so your issue is probably specific to your installation... patch version, other mods, or a corrupted file, for instance. First thing I'd try before posting in one of those places is to remove the world and then redownload and reinstall it.

Ok thanks very much, i didn't yet try re downloading the file so im going to try that now, thanks :D

After un installing the file, and re downloading it and installing again like Srikandi said its now working perfect :D, so thanks very much man, i can't believe i didnt think of doing that in the firts place lol xD
