WCIF a Tutorial for combining CC files?

I have tons of CC in my TS2 game and it's beginning to really lag. I was able to consolidate alot of my TS3 CC using s3pe and was wondering if I could do the same in TS2. Is there a tutorial out there that explains how to combine CC .package files into larger .package files?

No. In general, you can't do this. There may be specific mods which can be combined, but there is no generic tutorial for doing this.
