WCIF A Wearable Scuba Tank?

Or any sort of tank that a sim could wear on their back? I'm trying to create a more accurate version of the Pyro from Team Fortress 2 in my game but I'm having trouble locating a Scuba or Oxygen tank.

Any ideas?

The only thing that I can think of is recoloring the Fireman outfit so it looks like the Pyro's outfit, sorry. D:
